COFFEE GINCELLO is a liqueur with a rich coffee flavour, slightly sweet with a hint of lemon myrtle and juniper from SIN GIN SLOTH. This is a collaboration with a fellow stallholder at Swan Settlers Market (where our distillery is located) - Simon of The Black Moustache Coffee Co. 4-Bean Vietnamese Coffee Mix (Arabica, Robusta, Excelsa & Catimor) is blended with SLOTH and some sugar to create this COFFEE GINCELLO. It can be used in a variety of ways: Neat over ice! In cocktails like an Espresso Martini In a liqueur coffee (with cream and sugar to taste) In dessert recipes like Tiramisu As a dessert topping - drizzled over ice cream (think Affogato!) or cake As a coffee enhancer - add to hot or iced coffee to give an extra kick of flavour!
