Instruction:
1. In order to achieve the best start-up and extend the service life, add a small amount of lubricating oil to the pump inlet before use, and rinse with clean water after each use.
2. Make sure the inlet hose is sealed and as short as possible, the hose should not exceed 9 feet (2.75 meters).
3. Working in the temperature range of 5~49℃.
4. When pumping solidified abrasive or liquid, use a filter on the inlet line to obtain a longer pump life.
5. It is recommended to install the pump on the surface for safe use.
6. Install and start the drill. Observe whether a certain amount of fluid in the oil inlet pipe is drawn into the pump within 15-20 seconds. If not, check whether the oil inlet pipe is correctly installed on the oil inlet pump. Don't run dry. If the pump fails to start, check the hose for kinks or blockage. The pump depends on whether the fluid is used for lubrication
7. It is recommended that the rotation speed be in the range of 1500-3500rpm. Both the lift and flow rate are related to the rotation speed. The higher the rotation speed, the higher the flow rate. At 1500rpm, the lift is about 1.5 meters, and the flow rate is about 15L per minute, at 3,000rpm, the lift is about 3 meters, the flow rate is about 30L per minute. Note: Do not run the pump in reverse.
8. Warning: Do not operate or let the power cord fall into the water while standing in the water. Always stand on dry ground and keep all codes dry.
