How to use：
1. Put the food into the grinder. Never use the bowl more than 2/3 full.
2. Cover the lid.
3. Press for working and release for pause.
4. When in use, top plastic lid should be closed tightly.
5. Please use for less than 30s per time to avoid burning the motor.
6. Do not continuously operate the machine for a long time(≥30s), you can use this machine in interval.
7. Motor head can not be washed;
8. Shut off the power supply after using.
Note ：Don’t press held it for too long time to avoid burning the motor.
Press for 3 to 5 seconds, stop for 2 seconds, press the switch for 3 to 5 seconds again .
