Q: I can't use CarPlay or Android Auto after installation.
A: Check the system version. If it's below version 70, you need to upgrade. CP/AA must be connected to USB 1. Siri must be enabled for Apple CarPlay. For Android Auto, the phone must support Google services and have the Android Auto app downloaded.
Q: What are the consequences of using the wrong firmware version?
A: If the regional version is incorrect, the SD map card will not work, but CarPlay and Android Auto will function normally.
Q: My SD map card doesn't work after installation?
A: Replace the SD map card from the old USB module's SD card slot with our SD card slot. If it's not recognized, try removing and re-inserting it several times. Check the SD card lock status. If it automatically locks upon insertion, secure it with tape. The image below shows a normal SD card.
