Method and Precautions for Installing Tires:
1. The rolling direction of the tire is the installation direction of the tire (some tires have an arrow mark, and the arrow direction is the rolling direction of the tire). Firstly, clean the inner and outer sides of the tire to prevent the presence of foreign objects such as gravel and impurities, and install it according to the rolling direction of the tire.
2. After installation, check whether the tire line (tire edge) is uniform and symmetrical. The tire line must be located outside the steel ring and parallel to the steel ring in every position to ensure installation, otherwise there may be shaking during cycling.
3. The inner tube should be evenly inserted into the outer tube with a small amount of inflation (less than 10%), and the tire body should not be folded inside the outer tube (if folded and inflated, it is easy to explode). Place the inner tube and outer tube together with a steel ring, and check if all the inner tubes are inserted into the outer tube. A small section should not be exposed and sandwiched between the outer tube and the steel ring. Next, you can start inflating the inner tube. This completes the installation.
