How to Replace the Seal:
Turn off your Breville coffee maker, unplug it from the wall, and allow it to cool down. Remove all loose parts (water tank, drip tray, etc.).
Lay the machine on its side or back (use a towel for padding).
Use a 4mm Allen key to remove the screw securely.
Gently ease off the group head grid using a thin screwdriver.
Carefully remove the old group head seal with a thin screwdriver.
Clean the grid and cavity of any coffee residue before reinstalling. Insert the new silicone ring, secure it with the screw (turn anti-clockwise), and reassemble the loose parts. Done!
