Why is there an “E3” error code when using the product?
"E3" means the bean hopper isn't locked. Place it correctly (align with silk screen), rotate clockwise until you hear a "click". The error will disappear. If not, there may be issues with the circuit board or micro switch - replace the machine.

How to install and use the funnel bracket?
Align its 3 holes with the 3 screws on the machine and press down. Please you install the supporting bracket gasket accessory before using the included gasket for 51mm or 54mm funnels. 58mm funnels work directly installing the bracket gasket.

Is the ground coffee powder too coarse/fine?
If the ground powder is still very coarse even after installing the grinding disc and adjusting to a fine grinding degree, there may be an issue with the assembly before leaving the factory, and the machine needs to be replaced promptly.
