  • How can the customer get the free label? What's the size?

    Your free 12x40mm white label roll (180 sheets) is pre-loaded. Before first use: Open the printer lid; Locate and tear off the sealing tape.

  • Is the printer capable of color printing, or is it monochrome only?

    This label maker prints in black only. It uses a monochrome thermal printing process. For color, use pre-colored label tapes—the black text will print on them to create a colorful label.

  • Is the label paper encrypted? Where can I buy the tape refills?

    Our labels are not encryoted, so its not a comoulsory purchase. Our machine can adaot to most brands of unencrypted refills.

  • How can I use other brand labels with this machine?

    Open the App - Create Label - Blank Label - lnput the label size you are using, then you can get a right size template, edit on it and print it out.

    PS: lf other brand labels are encrypted by using special materials or methods it may print blurry.
