Low Carb

Amazing right! We know how important low and reduced carbs are for many of us (in addition to low sugar).

That’s why a selection of our products contain between just 5g and 7g of net carbs (total carbohydrates minus sugar alcohols and fibre) per serve. Some of our other products are simply heavily reduced in carbohydrates (by at least 40%).

If this is the case, it’s to ensure that the taste and texture stays perfect – but this will be clearly marked on the packs.

Natural Sweeteners

No cheat sweets allowed. At Noshu, we use natural, plant-derived sugar substitutes (not synthetic sweeteners or chemicals) to fully or partially replace the sugar in our snacks.

We don’t use ‘cheat sweeteners’ such as dates and dried fruit as a sugar alternative – as these still contribute to your total daily sugar intake. We’ve worked hard to make our products taste so great that you won’t know the difference.

Our only exception is the use of high-quality Vanillin – a vanilla flavour compound extracted from vanilla beans which is used in the chocolate making process to enhance the natural flavours from cocoa.
