This liquid has been specially developed to improve the laser marking of metals. After application, the absorption and reaction of the metal surface to laser energy, improves the marking contrast and clarity and allows the etching durable, fine graphics on stainless steel, aluminium, copper and other metals.

Main function: for covering substrate surface front, laser engraving and to facilitate laser engraving or marking.

Solids content (%): 61.0 ± 1.0.

Viscosity: 24000±2000.

pH value: 8.0 ± 1.0.

Application:

1. Product pre-mix goods.

2. Remove impurities and dust from the surface.

3. Apply evenly to the material surface with a sponge brush to ensure uniform coating of marking liquid.

4.Wait about 5-10 minutes until the product is dried. Then laser engraving can be performed.

5. After laser engraving, the laser marking liquid can be removed directly with clear water.

Notes:

1. It is recommended to apply the product with a brush. Do not wear too much at once. Make sure that the material surface is evenly covered.

2. The drying time of this product is influenced by factors such as ambient temperature, humidity and ventilation.

3. The frequency of application of this product may vary depending on actual conditions of use.

4. Please note that you can store the product in cold or low temperature ends. Frost protection. The storage temperature must not fall below 5°C.

5. Avoid sun and rain, pay attention to ventilation and avoid extrusion and shocks. The storage temperature should be 5-35°C. Keep away from fire and heat sources.
