Please carefully select the valve. Many air pumps can accept both valves but some accept only one.

Deflate tire
Remove any puncturing objects.

Pry the tire
Use thin end of tire lever to pry tire from rim. Insert 2nd lever 3 spokes away. Move levers in opposite direction.

Remove the inner tube
Reach in between the rim and tire and remove tube. Check inside of tire for sharp objects and remove them.

Insert the new tube
Before installing, slightly inflate new tube to give it shape.
Insert tube valve through rim hole. Gently push the tube into place inside the tire.

Insert the tire
Work tire back onto rim being careful not to pinch the tube. Use of tire levers is recommended.

Inflate inner tube
Remove any puncturing objects.
