1. Is the steam generator not functioning?
The steam generator is equipped with a built-in protection function to prevent overheating and dry burning. If the water level becomes too low, the power supply will be automatically cut off, and the power indicator will turn off. After a 20-minute interval, it will automatically recover and can be used again once the water has been refilled. If the issue persists and the steam generator does not function properly, please contact us.
2. Why does a steam generator produce scale after being used for a period of time?
The reason is that the water is hard. Consider using filtered or softened water to reduce the mineral content in the water, which can help reduce scale formation. We recommend using vinegar or lemon juice, baking soda, or specialized descaling agents to remove scale.
3. Why does it make a sound when working?
Make a whistle sound is overheating, air pressure is too large, please turn off the power to wait for cooling, not immediately check to prevent scalding. Correct operation: Do not add too much water when using, the water level should be lower than the highest scale of the inner chamber. When the boiling surface touches the lid, lower the gear and turn down the temperature.
