*Conduct SpO2 measurement on the finger smeared with nail polish; *Body or finger is in motion;

*Finger is not in the proper position; *Finger temperature is too low;

*Low blood perfusion; *Electromagnetic interference;

For the most accurate readings:

a. Make sure your fingers and hands are clean and dry.

b. Wiggle your fingers to circulate blood to them before placing finger into the device.

c. keep movement to a minimum and refrain from crossing arms or legs.

d. Make sure you're sated, and the oximeter is on a flat surface.

Index Finger is the most recommended. if it is too small to be detected, you could use middle finger or big thumb.
