• What is the difference between a cold press juicer/masticating juicer and a centrifugal juicer?

  A cold press juicer operates by using cold pressing technology to extract juice from fruits or vegetables, without damaging the cell structure, thus maximizing nutrient preservation.

• Cleaning issues?

  The flap at the pulp dispensing unit is removable, you can find it links to the bottom when you turn this unit over. Cleaning will be much easier when the flap is opened.

  Remember to put it back on tightly before the next juicing session.

• Is it necessary to peel the fruits before juicing?

  For better taste, we recommend peeling the fruits before juicing, especially citrus fruits.

• Fruit Stuck?

  If the Food gets stuck, pls use the pusher to push it down or use the reverse function.

• Install Troubles or the Juicer Won't Start?

  1,When assembling the feeding chute, keep the cover open and simply push it with your hand to easily lock it in place.

  2,After adding fruits, securely close the top cover by firmly pressing it down with your thumb. Ensure a tight fit.
