How to Get a More Accurate Forehead Temperature

For the most accurate forehead temperature readings, follow these simple tips:

1. Ensure the forehead is clean and dry — sweat, dirt, or cosmetics can affect results.
2. Keep the thermometer at the recommended distance (usually 1–3 cm) and avoid pressing it against the skin.
3. Stay indoors and at room temperature for at least 15 minutes before measurement to avoid temperature fluctuations caused by outdoor conditions.
4. Avoid measuring immediately after exercise or bathing, as body heat may temporarily rise.
5. Take multiple readings and use the built-in 35-memory function to track patterns for better health monitoring.
