Steps for use:

1. Clean and dry the area where the electrode pad is to be used, ensuring that the skin is not broken

2. Open the package and remove the electrode pad from it, and keep the original packaging

3. Lift the edge of the electrode pad and peel the electrode pad off the peeling film. Do not pull the wire to lift the pad

4. Apply the electrode pad to the desired area

If the electrode pad looks dry or the electrode pad is not sticky, add a few drops of water to moisten the gel and wait a few minutes for the water to re-wet the adhesive gel

Removal and storage steps:

1. Lift the edge and gently peel off the electrode pad

2. Gently wipe the electrode pad with an alcohol-free wipe or rinse with cold water and wait for it to dry. Keep the sticky side facing up to avoid sticking to other items

3. Place the sticky side of the electrode pad on the transparent plastic sheet of the peel-off film and return it to the packaging
