Please make sure your original remote control is equipped with a 868.3 MHz frequency and a black back as this remote control is not compatible with other frequencies or light grey backs.
- Check compatibility: make sure the frequency of your original remote control matches exactly (868.3MHz, black back). This remote control is not compatible with the 433 MHz frequency or models with a light grey back.
