Product Description

  • No response when remote controlling the drone?

    (1) Fully charge the drone battery and install the remote control batteries before use.

    (2) Please pair the remote control and the drone to the frequency.

  • The battery can not be charged/The battery is not working?

    (1) Use standard charging plug, 5V 2A charging adapter and original charging cable to charge.

    (2) The red light will light up when charging, and the indicator light on the battery will change to green after fully charged.

  • APP can not connect to the drone?

    (1) Scan the code to download and update the app.

    (2) Allow permissions (network, location, photo).

    (3) Connect to the drone’s WiFi in settings, then open the app and wait for connection.

  • The drone can't avoid obstacles?

    (1) Activate indoors for slow flight and a "bibi" sound when obstacles are detected.

    (2) The obstacle avoidance function must be manually activated.

    (3) It detects obstacles, makes a sound, and brakes, but does not avoid them.

  • The drone flies in one direction or cannot be controlled normally when taking off?
