A: The water output of the Mijia Smart Electric Hot Water Bottle 5L is adjusted by adjusting the water output time. After the product is connected to the Mijia APP, the water output time can be adjusted in the settings interface.
4️⃣. Why are there water stains inside the bottle after unpacking?
A: In order to ensure the quality and stability of the product and reduce the risk of use, each product of Mijia Smart Electric Hot Water Bottle 5L will undergo water testing (including sealing test, heating effect test and water production function, etc.) before leaving the factory. There may be residual water droplets in the internal pipeline after the test. It is normal that there may be a small amount of residual water in the water outlet or water bottle after transportation vibration. Please feel free to use it.
5️⃣. How to clean scale?
A: Due to differences in water quality in various places, it is normal for scale to appear on the heating plate. It is recommended to use citric acid for cleaning. Add an appropriate amount of water to the water bottle and boil it. Add 25g of citric acid and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then empty the water bottle and use clean water. Clean 5-6 times and repeat the above steps if necessary.
