- Release both buttons when this appears.
- Then, press and hold the DOWN button only.
- Keep holding it until the desk: Lowers to the bottom position Rises slightly (~5mm), then stops Displays a height number (no more error)
Once the height is displayed, the reset is complete and your desk is ready for use.
