    Yes, The battery is replaceable. It requires a CR2032 button battery(inclued), and it can last about 8-12 months.

  • Does the VISOOP Pet Tracker work with an Android phone?

    No. You can not use this pet tracker on Android services. This tracker ONLY Work with i0S devices. (Requires i0S 14.5 or above)

  • Why can't the tracker lead me directly to it like the Apple Airtag?

    Beyond 200ft Bluetooth range, use Find My Network to locate the tracker, then play a sound to find it nearby. the tracker does not use compass styledirections to lead you to the exact location. All "Find My" compatible products operate the same way
