After a long wait, FiiO launched the brand new renewed BTR17. As an update to the award-winning BTR7, the latest BTR17 brings many new features and upgrades, such as Qualcomm's latest Bluetooth QCC5181 chipset. It promises class leading performance with incredible dynamic reach and SNR performance. 3rd Generation 16 Core USB XMOS Processor:- Along with wireless Bluetooth, the FiiO BTR17 also supports high-resolution wired audio processing. It comes equipped with a 3rd generation 16-core USB XMOS XU316 processor that has low latency and more stable wired signal transmission. It also has better compatibility than other common USB chips that support PCM up to 32bit/768kHz and native DSD512 audio signal processing. It also supports MQA decoding and has easy connectivity with different devices. Patented Desktop Mode with Standalone Power Source:- The FiiO BTR17 features patented desktop mode, you can plug it into external power while using and turning on the independent D.Mode switch. It has a strong output of 650mW per channel in this high-power desktop mode. The independent power supply mode completely ignores the power input of the connected source device and prevents overflow of the current in the circuit. High Power Amplifier Section:- The FiiO BTR17 comes equipped with THX AA78+ amplifier chipset which produces a strong output boost on the device. In desktop mode, the BTR17 provides a fierce output of 650mW per channel. Even with IEMs and low-sensitivity earphones, the BTR17 maintains a clean, clear output free from any noticeable background noise.
