Terms of Use
The first time it is switched on, it takes 3-5 hours to heat up and run the wax, in subsequent uses the lava will take less time.
The time it takes to start pouring depends on the room temperature, the optimal use occurs in a room between 22 and 25 ºC.
Do not touch any part of the lava lamp when it is turned on or just turned off. The lamp reaches very high temperatures to work properly.
Frequently asked questions
Is it normal that it takes so long to heat?
Yes, all lava lamps take a long time to heat up the first time because the wax in them has never been exposed to heat and it takes time for it to reach the right temperature. In subsequent uses, the heating time is reduced, provided that the ambient temperature is optimal.
My lava has cloudy liquid, what should I do?
The cloudy liquid is due to a component that the wax releases when heated; typically, if the lamp remains on, this component dissipates. If it does not dissipate, proceed to return the lamp or contact us and we will provide you with a new bottle.
