Temperature Function
- In normal mode, the LCD normally displays the current ambient temperature.
- Automatically detect the current ambient temperature and update the data three times per second.

- When the temperature is lower than -50°, LCD displays LL.L, when the temperature is higher than 300°C, LCD displays HH.H
Temperature Alarm Function
- Kitchen thermometer default setting alarm temperature is 212℉/100℃, alarm temperature setting range: -58°F to 572°F (-50°C to 300°C).
- When the measured temperature exceeds the set temperature, the LED alarm light will blink for up to 30 seconds and then stop; when the measured temperature does not exceed the set temperature, the LED indicator light will stop blinking.
