DC45E-2475S Micro brushless dc water pump

NOTE: DC45E-2475S Water pump, rated voltage 24VDC, 30W, 3-phase brushless DC built-in design, soft start. Max. Static lift appr. 7.5m 24VDC and (24.6ft) Max. Horizontal flow rate appr. 1250LPH 24VDC. Both ports are with external diameter of appr. 1/2'' threaded (20mm). Pump weighs appr. 325 grams, as a whole. It is sine wave control design that is adopted, greatly reducing high-frequency electromagnetic noise when at work, when compared with other similar pump products. This is a new pump product of our series.

It is suggested that our users get a bucket of water, powering the pump with matching DC power supply, and watching the pump’s working performance for a while. Then, we install the pump to the needed circulation/ pressurization system.

[DRY RUN Protection is integrated in default] NEW FEATURE: DRY-RUN PROTECTION feature is integrated now in default. Pump works at rated voltage: When there exists no/ in-sufficient in-flow (or significant air bubble contained), it is DRY RUN scenario and protection will be triggered: Pump will access stop-run-stop-run---cycle, greatly reducing rotation. When flow comes sufficiently again, pump will re-access normal run. It greatly reduces physical friction between parts and heat generated, yet, not completely eliminate the impact.

Typical features:

d) With rubber bracket, flexible at installation, reducing vibration and noise at work.

e) Low DC voltage powering, supporting wide powering voltage range.

As a small pump using centrifugal force of impeller, it cannot be self-priming. Land use rather than submersible installation, (connected with matching hose, Not included) is more recommended in the circulation system.

Important Notes about Pump’s use & installation

• DC 24V power supply. No direct AC power powering or over-voltage powering.
• If it is AC/DC Power adapter, make sure that it can offer sufficient power to pump: output capacity be 24VDC, 2A or over (24V*2A ~ 48W). Note that Power supply cannot be placed in water or moisty location.
• Pump supports continuous long time work with relatively low noise at normal working environment. Land use or submersible installation can be either OK, yet pump cannot be self-priming. Make sure that fluid can actively flow passing through inlet/outlet because pump works via centrifugal force of high-speed rotation of impeller inside (to push/throw in-flow out). No long-time dry work without in-flow, or it may damage the pump (Even though DRY-RUN Protection is equiped.).
