How to Apply Temporary Tattoos

1. Clean your skin and ensure it's free of water and oil. Peel off the clear, thin film from the surface.
2. Place the patterned side of the tattoo on your skin and thoroughly wet the paper with water.
3. Press and pat down, then wait for about 20 seconds until the paper slides off. Gently remove the backing paper.
