Add 20g of citric acid to water or use 500ml of cola and activate the automatic cleaning mode. This will effectively remove limescale.

Why is there noise when heating is used?
Before using the humidifier, ensure the outside of the water tank andd the heating plate are dry to avoid unusual sounds. During rapid heating, the water tank
may produce normal boiling sounds.

Why is the output of the fog small or invisible?
It takes at least 30 minutes to heat and produce mist.
