COBI -2588 Panzer VI Tiger "131" Historical Collection – WW II The Tank Museum 1,275 Elements Age Group: 9+ Scale 1:28 A unique model of an instantly recognisable and still running tank. PzKpfw VI Tiger with number 131. The famous tiger was captured by the British in Africa during World War II and is now the biggest attraction of the Tank Museum! The Tiger 131 made of clamping blocks has been replicated in detail in scale 1:28. It has movable elements such as a tower and cannon tube as well as rotating wheels and chains. The refined set consists of 1,275 elements and faithfully reflects the original shapes of its historical model. Our powerful tank made of clamping blocks is equipped with high-quality prints that do not wear out. Particularly noteworthy is the new, faithful colour scheme, which makes the model look stunning! The design of the tank has also changed. It is even better and more detailed. We have used a completely new drive wheel here. The structure of the tower is also completely different and is oriented in detail to the original, whereby the elements of the interior are skilfully imitated with clamping blocks. The set includes a mini model of the Maybach engine, which can be displayed next to the tank model or placed in the tank under the service hatch. The model has movable wheels and chains consisting of many links. While having fun, you can drive the tank and watch the chain drive work! The included modelled armoured ammunition can be stored inside the vehicle. The hatches open and underneath there is room for standard COBI figures. The entire set is complemented by a white sign with the name of the tank and the logo of The Tank Museum! Build the story stone by stone and complete your collection! Panzerkampfwagen VI or Tiger is a German heavy tank from the Second World War. Its characteristic shape is still recognizable all over the world. The vehicle itself has become a legend and is still present not only in historical museums, but also in many films. The first Tiger units were delivered to the front near Leningrad and Tunisia in August/September 1942. Designed and manufactured by Henschel, the tank was very modern and effective. Unfortunately, its manufacturing has taken tremendous resources of valuable raw materials and time. Tiger I and some Tiger II tanks had significant influence on the course of hostilities. The notorious and fearsome Tigers destroyed over 10,300 Allied tanks and 11,380 guns, with their own loss totaling 1,725. 1,275 high quality elements, scale 1:28 detailed vehicle model, nameplate, made in the EU by a company with over 20 years of tradition, the building blocks comply with safety standards for children's products, fully compatible with clamping building blocks from other brands, building blocks with prints do not deform or fade when playing or under the influence of temperature, clear and intuitive instructions based on drawings and Symbols. Vehicle Dimensions (L x W x H): 31.5 cm (12.4 inches) x 12 cm (4.7 inches)
