2. Warranty terms

The battery warranty is 8 years or 5000 times, if any problem occurs during the warranty period, we can provide free replacement or full refund.

3. Precautions

- The charger is not included in the package. We recommend using a dedicated charger for lifepo4 batteries or manually setting the charging voltage of the charger to 14.6V. Failure to adjust the charging voltage and cut-off voltage may result in damage to the lithium iron phosphate battery or an accident.

- BMS guarantees 10% battery capacity, greatly extending battery life.

- If the ambient temperature is too low, it is recommended to restore it to a suitable temperature for charging or take thermal protection measures. This improves charging efficiency and allows the battery to reach its maximum capacity.

- When the ambient temperature is below 32 degrees Fahrenheit, the battery's available capacity will be reduced (capacity will be restored automatically when the temperature recovers).
