You can easily add flour and water to 3.5" wider-mouth glass jar and remove the starter when needed. 11" Silicone spatula aids in the efficient stirring and reaches easily the bottom of the bottle.
- THERMOMETER & FEEDING TIME TRACKER - Equipped with two very useful tools for sourdough starter.
