A1: The ARC input of DO200 PRO needs to be connected to the HDMI ARC interface of the TV, and the output mode of the TV is "ARC/ARC+TV speakers".

  • Q2: When using USB input, the computer doesn't recognize the DO200 PRO driver ?

A2: If you use a Windows system, you need to install the driver on your computer (Windows 7 requires a special driver). MAC and Linux systems do not require a driver. (All systems in USB1.1 mode are driver-free)

  • Q3: How to solve the problem of no sound output when connecting to a computer via USB input?

A3: DO200PRO has two USB modes, USB1.1 and USB2.0. The USB 1.1 mode is drive free and particularly suitable for gaming console connectivity. Whether it’s the PS5 or Switch, it can be easily compatible.
