How to Find the Learn Button on the Motor

  • The learn button on the motor is used to store or erase the transmitter security code. It may be different for different opener models.
  • We recommend that you look in the door opener instruction manual to find where the learn button is located.
  • The learn button may be displayed as “Learn” button = “Code Set” button = “CODE” button = “PR” button.

Programming Instructions

Coding Instructions:

1. Press the LEARN button on the motor once and release. The LED on the motor will start flashing.

2. Press and release the new remote button that you would like to use once or 2 times (some models may need 3 times).

3. Your new remote is now programmed. Press the button to test the operation of the door.

Deleting Instructions:

* Please note that this operation deletes all remote control codes from the motor.

1. Press the LEARN button on the motor.

2. Press the RUN button on the motor.

3. The coding LED will illuminate indicating that all remote codes are deleted.
