In addition to the 0.4 inch (10 mm) diameter graphene coated dynamic driver for deep, low-range playback, the driver part uses a hybrid configuration that incorporates the first 0.2 inch (5.8 mm) diameter RST (Reactive Sympathetic Tweeter) that has been newly developed for the MAPro series. The MAPro 1000 uses a monitor earphone shape and has been made smaller than ever before, so the spatial expression of sound has become extremely difficult. The newly developed 0.2 inch (5.8 mm) RST provides a wide sound stage that is encased in sound even though it is a small enclosure. The MAPro 1000 connector uses a highly compatible MMCX connector for recables. The included cable is constructed of 4 cores using highly conductive OFC wires, and the cable casing is soft enough for easy handling. Earbud tips come standard with silicone earpiece "iSep02", which has been resized in hardness and "iFep01" foam type earpiece for better sound isolation.
