1.It is recommended to replace Ninja Mixer replacement parts every 6 months, or as needed, for optimal performance
2.Check whether the bottom gear is loose or tightened before use. If loose, tighten it
3.Check the rubber washer to make sure it is placed tightly into the bottom blade. (Rubber washer to avoid leakage)
4.Do not overfill to avoid overflow and do not add ingredients beyond the "Max" line.
