What does a 12v AC-DC adapter do?

AC/DC adapters are commonly used external power supply units for electrical equipment which cannot directly draw power from the mains network. They convert alternating current (AC) into the required direct current (DC).

Switching Mode Power Supply

Input: AC 110V / 220V, 50 / 60Hz ; Output: DC 12V, Max 30A, 360W. The default output voltage is 12V DC, but it can be regulated by 15%, from 10.2V to 13.8V. Three sets of output channels available.
