- CoreXZ for 600mm/s Fast Speed: Ender-3 V3 can print 12 times faster than a regular i3-style 3D printer, a new benchmark for bed slingers. The motion system is much lighter and faster with the X and Z motors attached to the base. X and Z-axis are rigged together as one, allowing two high-torque motors to work in unison for quick response. And, Ender-3 V3 prints faster and better with Creality Hyper PLA filaments.
- Top-notch Direct Drive Extruder: The direct extruder kit is enhanced by a bolster spring and a ball plunger for more than 1000h clog-free extrusion. The nozzle and heatbreak are unified as one to block heat creep and ensure easy swap. Meanwhile, the nozzle is tipped with hardened steel to confidently handle carbon high-strength engineering filaments. Also, a 60W ceramic heater encircles the hotend, able to fully melt ABS, PETG, PLA-CF and other high-temp filaments on the fly.
- Gear Up for Print Quality: The Z-axis adopts precision linear shafts and timing belts. No more layer shifts arising from bent or misaligned lead screws. Two model cooling fans are mounted on the printhead, front and back. Their strong and even wind boosts cooling during printing, hence better printing quality. The front part cooling fan and the hotend cooling fan are dynamically balanced. So they are less likely to wobble, minimizing ringing or ghosting. The printer also uses a G-sensor to measure and reduce vibration resonance.
