Answer: Yes, you can crush small ice cubes, add more than 1/3 of the liquid, shake the blender for better mixing. It is recommended that frozen fruit be thawed slightly first for better results.

Answer: Please tighten the blender's body and base, align the magnet with the power switch, if the LED becomes green it demonstrates that it is calibrated and can operate correctly, if it is red it means that it is not calibrated and the blender will not operate.
