Päivi Salminen has been teaching Face Yoga since 2017. She was introduced to face exercises as a child in speech therapy and later in modelling. Päivi has trained over 65 new face yoga teachers in Finland. She is also a yoga teacher (RYT500) who wants her clients to do the right things and also to understand why each exercise is worth doing.
