How to replace the igniter assembly: 1) Remove and retain the screws from the existing fire pot. 2) Rotate the fire pot 45 degrees, aligning its corners outward so they no longer run parallel to the auger. 3) Lift the outer flange of the fire pot (the side away from the auger) to remove it by pulling upward and away from the auger tube. 4) Install the new fire pot by reversing these steps. Use the provided screws if compatible; otherwise, tap threads into your grill to fit the new screws. If neither option works, reuse the screws from the old fire pot.
