Q. Can this eye cream be used under makeup, and does it leave a heavy or greasy residue on the skin? A. Retinal ReSculpt Eye Lift Treatment is designed for PM use, so most people won’t apply makeup on top of it. If you do need to layer concealer or other products later, the lightweight, balm-to-cream texture sinks in quickly and dries to a smooth, non-greasy finish. Just wait a minute or two for full absorption before applying anything else.

Q. Can individuals with oily skin benefit from using this eye cream, or is it best suited for dry or mature skin? A. All skin types—including oily and combination—can use this formula. The encapsulated retinal delivers potent benefits without clogging pores, while the finish is light enough for oil-prone skin and nourishing enough for drier or more mature eye areas.

Q. Does this eye cream have a noticeable tightening or lifting sensation upon application? A. You may feel a subtle, comfortable “lift” right after application. That’s the oat-firming film forming an invisible mesh that gently tightens and smooths the skin’s surface while the retinal and gentian root get to work below.

Q. Can this product be used as a standalone eye treatment? A. Yes. After cleansing at night, pat a pea-sized amount around the entire eye area (upper lids included) and you’re done. If your skin is very dry, you can follow with your regular moisturizer, but it isn’t required.

Q. Does this eye cream provide sun protection, or should I use a separate sunscreen around the eyes? A. The formula does not contain SPF. Because vitamin A derivatives can increase sun sensitivity, apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen around the eyes every morning and limit direct sun exposure.
