The automatic Step Up/Step Down functionality means the set output voltage will remain stable when the input voltage is lower, higher, or equal to the set output voltage. For example, if the output is set to 12V, when the input voltage changes between 5-32V, the output voltage will remain unchanged at 12V(recommended minimum input voltage is 10V).
