About our TS101 soldering iron

The TS101 Mini Smart Soldering Iron is an improved version of the TS100 Mini Soldering Iron. Building on the TS100, the TS101 has been updated and optimized for performance and functionality to enhance the user experience. The TS101 controller has a sharp and robust overall appearance and uses a larger 128*32 pixel screen with organic LEDs to display more heating data. The classic A-B button operation continues the operating habits of the TS100 and lowers the learning cost for the user. The insertion end of the control's weld head uses a ball screw to secure the weld head, and there is no need to loosen the hex screw before inserting and removing the weld head. A new convenient and practical accessory, the anti-slip cap, which looks like a cat's head, not only serves as a simple holder to support the iron and prevent the iron from rolling, but also serves as a finger slip protection and remove the soldering head.

The TS101 intelligent soldering iron has DC and PD dual power inputs. The power range of the popular DC5525 interface has been extended to DC 9-24V (up to 65W). The USB-C interface replaces the original Micro USB interface for firmware upgrades as well as the standard PD power input with up to 45W. The temperature control range is also optimized to 50-400°C to allow for more application scenarios. In terms of smart operation, the TS101 has more detailed menu settings and the new "Boost" heating function can heat up quickly in a short time to meet the welding needs of specific scenarios. The TS101 and TS100 use the same soldering iron, so your existing TS100 soldering iron can still be used for this updated soldering iron.
