- How to use glass or crystal nail files: Select a nail shape and start with the roughest grit, filing with gentle back-and-forth motions. Unlike disposable sandpaper emery boards, crystal files can reseal the keratin layers of your nail. Handle all glass files with care to prevent breakage and keep them away from children.
- How to use nano glass buffers: After filing, brush or wipe off all powder or debris. Start with the rougher of the two buffer grits and use a brisk side-to-side motion to polish your nails, taking care that you are buffing the surfaces evenly. Wipe, then finish off with the smoothest grit type for that beautiful shine. After use, wash both files with soap, rinse with hot water, and air-dry before stowing back in the portable cases.

Use Guidelines For Glass Files
Filing
Select a nail shape and start with the roughest grit, filing with gentle back-and-forth motions. These crystal files can even out nail ridges and remove sharp burrs on free edges.
Buffing
Start with the rougher of the two buffer grits and use a brisk side-to-side motion to polish your nails. Wipe, then finish off by polishing with the smoothest grit type for that beautiful shine.
