This comb is made from natural rubber - a renewable raw material that is 100% processed by us. In the event of vulcanisation in water vapour, the natural rubber is crosslinked by natural additives and pressed into the comb shape. Then the metal foil is removed and the soft rubber has become hard ebonite. The basis for the further steps in handwork.
The comb plaque is further processed by grinding, sawing and polishing by hand. The quality of the surface and the precision of the tooth cut are permanently controlled. Until it is perfect.
