Why can't I reach 10 Gbps when connecting all 4 USB-C ports?
If only one USB-C port is connected, it can reach 10Gbps; but if multiple USB-C ports are connected, the bandwidth will be allocated automatically, and the speed of a single C port is lower than 10Gbps.

Can I charge my laptop through either USB-C port?
The C port at the bottom of the hub is a PD interface, which supports charging with a maximum input of 100W; the 4 USB-C ports on the side of the hub are only used for data transmission.
