This composite AV cable is designed for use with Nintendo 64 (N64), Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) and Nintendo GameCube consoles, allowing you to connect your classic systems to any TV or monitor that has standard RCA AV inputs. It is an ideal replacement if your original lead has been lost, damaged or left behind on another setup.

The console end uses the familiar multi-out plug found on Nintendo 64, SNES and Nintendo GameCube consoles. On the TV side, the cable breaks out to three RCA connectors: a yellow plug for composite video and red and white plugs for left and right stereo audio. This makes it easy to hook your console up to most TVs, capture devices and AV receivers that accept composite input.

With an approximate length of 1.8 metres (about 5.9 feet), the cable provides enough reach to position your console and TV comfortably while keeping wiring neat. The outer jacket is made from flexible PVC and each connector includes moulded strain relief to help protect against kinks, twists and everyday wear during regular gaming sessions.

The cable is suitable for use with televisions in Australia and New Zealand and works with both locally purchased PAL consoles and many imported systems that output composite video via the standard Nintendo multi-out port. Installation is completely plug-and-play: connect the multi-out plug to your console, attach the RCA connectors to the matching-colour AV inputs on your TV and select the correct input channel.
