Extra thick 2.5 mm Tri-ply Stainless Steel heats quickly & evenly. The strong and sturdy stainless steel handles are stay-cool and comfortable. The Pans can be used on domestic gas, kerosene, electric, ceramic and halogen stoves. Fire Hazard - The ordinary design with stand is dangerous - if you leave it over a burning flame unattended with hot oil, it is a fire hazard.
