Tough High-Density Rubber

Traditionally reserved to withstand the harshest environments, our 50mm Dual Density Rubber Gym Floor Mats have been engineered with the top of the industry 900-950Kg/m3 recycled high-density rubber. These mats have a Medium hardness rating (60+5 Shore A) which brings balance between durability and impact deadening.

Each tile is designed to have a 50mm thickness, built with a crumbed underside backing and topped with a durable wear layer.

Passes Fire Tests

Our mats have been tested against the SGS fire rate certificate: ISO 9239.1: 2010 Reaction to fire tests for flooring determining the burning behaviours using a radiant heat source. This is a safety test to evaluate the combustion and smoke emissions when the tile is exposed to a radiant heat source.
