An outstanding collection of J.S. Bach's greatest large scale works are presented on this 9-CD set. Conductor Jos van Veldhoven and the Netherlands Bach Society perform the St. Matthew Passion, St. John Passion, Magnificat, Christmas Oratorio and the Mass in B Minor. Jos van Veldhoven was the artistic director of the Netherlands Bach Society from 1983 until 2018. The recordings of the present box set were originally released separately on Channel Classics Records between 2007 and 2011.
