How to replace the seal:

1. Turn Brevile coffee makers off, unplug from the wall, and let it cool down, take off all loose parts (tank, trays, etc) from your machine.
2.lay it on its side or back (towel for padding)
3.Make sure the 4mm allen key fits in snuggly, and take the screw out.
4. Use a thin screwdriver to gently ease off the grid,
5. Use a thin screwdriver to pick old the group head seal out.
6. Clean the grid of coffee residue and the cavity of the coffee machine before reinstalling, put the new silicone ring in, Re-secure with the screw anti-clockwise, then put the loose parts back, done.
